What makes it a professional Deck Brush Applicator?

The Intergrain Deck Brush Applicator is designed to complete any exterior timber project, including decking and vertical timber boards, with perfection due to its features, including:

• Designed for water and oil-based coatings

• 175mm brush, designed to perfectly fit 2 x 90mm decking boards at once to reduce lap marks

• A mix of a quality blended natural and synthetic filaments, designed for maximum oil pick up and smooth lay off of product

• The quality of these filaments also allows for ultimate durability

Durability

Intergrain filaments are embedded in a waterproof composite material with a thick adhesive layer. The filament bed is designed to withstand getting wet. This enables the brush to be washed multiple times without losing any integrity.

Most other brushes mount filaments in cardboard or pine with only a thin adhesive layer. When pine or cardboard gets wet, it absorbs the water and loses its structural integrity. They will apply for the first project, but the filaments will lose structure when washed out.
