How long should Prooftint dry before applying a water-based or oil-based coating?

Once Prooftint has been mixed with Reducer Base, it must be allowed to dry for 12 hours before overcoating with either a water-based or oil-based coating. Note that “recoating” refers to applying another coat of Prooftint. For detailed application instructions follow the Prooftint product guidelines.
