Intergrain Endure Sport 2k
Intergrain Endure Sport 2K is a clear water based, two part, two pack polyurethane designed for indoor timber recreational areas, including sport courts, gymnasiums and large commercial timber floor spaces.
Developed specifically for Australian timber floor conditions, the system combines excellent durability, application efficiency and high performance making it suitable for demanding recreational environments.
Intergrain Endure Sport 2K meets FIBA requirements for wear and slip resistance.

Mixing
Allow the Intergrain Endure Sport Part A and Part B to cool down to room temperature before use, if required. Use a stirrer attached to a drill running at high speed to mix the Intergrain Endure Sport Part A. Stir for a minimum of 2 minutes until a uniform consistency is obtained. Mix Intergrain Endure Sport Part A and Part B in a ratio of 10:1. Add Intergrain Endure Sport Part B into Part A. Use a stirrer attached to a drill running at high speed. Stir for a minimum of 2 minutes until a uniform consistency is obtained. Do not mix by hand. Strain or filter product before use.
Pot life
3 hours. Intergrain Endure Sport 2 Pack must be used within 3 hours of mixing
Line Marking
Suggested line marking process:
- 1 coat Intergrain Timberseal
- 1 coat Intergrain Endure Sport 2K
- Sand with worn 150 screen or 180 screen.
- Remove all sanding dust.
- Line marking using Dulux Aquanamel Gloss, 2 coats Intergrain Endure Sport 2K.
- Sand between coats with worn 150 screen or 180 screen.
- Dulux Aquanamel Gloss is available in many colours. Choose the appropriate colours for the job. Some suitable colours for line marking include (but are not limited to) Signal Red Homebush Blue Homebush Green Homebush Gold (yellow) Vivid White Black
Maintenance
Clean floors regularly with Intergrain Floor Cleaner.
Cleaning frequency or schedule will be dependent on the floor usage. Follow instructions on the label of Intergrain Floor Cleaner.
The floor should be recoated with Intergrain Endure Sport 2 Pack at regular scheduled intervals to maintain a high performance coating surface and to prevent the coating from wearing through back to the timber substrate. Consult your flooring contractor.
