Semi transparent, water based stain with outstanding durability. This fast-drying, low odour finish protects timber from the destructive effects of weathering and provides excellent tannin blocking and resistance to damage from mould and UV rays. Ideal for enhancing timber colour. changing the colour of treated pine or reviving faded timber. NaturalStain can be overcoated with UltraClear Exterior for a gloss or a satin finish, and for extra protection.

Brush, spray or applicator (use an applicator for dressed timber only).
No. of Coats Required
Two coats. Three coats will be required in extreme conditions such as full sun exposure, around pools and in humid areas, and may be required on porous timbers.
Note: The first coat on porous and rough sawn timbers will penetrate further and require more stain than the second coat. If using more than one can of NaturalStain ensure that you mix them together to ensure that the colour is consistent.
Allow 2–3 hours drying between coats at 25°C.
Overcoating: Allow minimum 4 hours drying at 25°C before coating with UltraClear Exterior.
Touch Dry: 1 hour at 25°C and 50% humidity.
Decking can be walked on after 24 hours. Full curing 7 days

6-12 square metres per litre depending on the porosity of the timber.
Sand Between Coats
If necessary, sand lightly between coats to remove any raised grain.
Clean Up With
1, 4 and 10L.
